In Journalism Schools

Craigslist founder Craig Newmark just donated $10 million to Columbia Journalism School. This gift comes less than 12 months after a $20 million gift from Newmark to CUNY. That gift resulted in the renamed Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at the City University of New York.

The $10 million gift to Columbia Journalism School is launching the Craig Newmark Center for Journalism Ethics and Security. It is also endowing a Craig Newmark Professorship of Journalism.
