In GRE

The new GRE is now available for GRE test takers. Earlier today, the Educational Testing Service announced, “Beginning today students can now take the shorter GRE for admissions to graduate, business, and law programs and school. The shorter GRE testing time has been nearly cut in half, and is now under two hours compared to almost four-hours previously.”

Additionally, test takers will now receive their scores in as little as eight to ten days. Perhaps the second-most impressive thing about the new GRE (with the greatly reduced time being the most impressive) is its section-level adaptiveness. This allows test takers to answer questions in whatever they choose. The test takers can also change their answers as many times as they wish — within the stated time limit of course.
