Job postings are at an all-time high and the article explains that these firms are realizing they have to compete against not just other law firms but other “blue-chip” employers such as large tech companies. Furthermore, they are also seeing that salary is not enough by itself to recruit and retain the top talent they need. Instead, the talent is demanding to feel valued.
